Mission
To promote equity across the University through the development of institutional, pedagogical and academic policies and actions aimed at the promotion of affirmative action in basic education, undergraduate and graduate education, research, outreach, staff recruitment and institutional management, in collaboration with other university units.
Vision
To contribute effectively and meaningfully to the democratization of access to education at all levels, while promoting student retention, the appreciation of human rights, the plurality of knowledge, and combating inequalities at the University.
