Affirmative Action and Equity Director’s Office (DAEE)
The Affirmative Action and Equity Director’s Office (DAAE) directs, plans, organizes and controls affirmative action services, programs and educational and academic activities, which are aimed at promoting anti-racism, combating racial inequalities, genderphobia and violences, as well as guaranting the rights of people with disabilities at UFSC, guided by the perspective of equity and human rights protection.
DAAE is structured into three coordination offices:
- Educational Accessibility Coordination Office (CAE);
- Sexual Diversity and Combating Gender-Based Violence Coordination (CDGEN);
- Rece and Ethnic Relations Coordination Office (COEMA).
